In my experience you have time to do one thing. Attempt to get people in shape, or teach the arts. You can’t do both, and if you try, one of them will be deficient. Most people aren’t in a school enough hours to get them in shape even if you did nothing but exercise. My students take care of their own fitness requirements because that is not why they come to me. The Ol’ Outward Block : Kenpo Talk
I’m going to ask a silly question, mainly to see what people think of, perhaps outside of their training…Regardless of what I teach, I’ve made some very personal changes to my own Kenpo… Sometimes, I come up with a question that I don’t really even understand, and so here we are.
