Hi, this is EJ, currently in Missouri. I am brand new to martial arts and very sore after my first class but liked what we were doing.  I am having trouble remembering the moves taught in class and am trying to find a book or video that will help me review the stuff from the class at home.  We are doing American Shaolin Kenpo.  Is there anything out there?  Thanks

One of the best things you can do for yourself is to sit down after class and write out everything that you were taught.  Writing out yourself will re-inforce the learning plus if you are stuck somewhere a instructor should be able to help you write it out so it makes sense.
Then you will have a nice set of your own notes...that you can add to and change,

What Dragonchi wrote.

Is that the Castro branch of Kenpo? Knowing would help to direct you to a resource.
